may be traditional, while others will be quite unique. Icon
Systems is committed to providing an attractive economic proposition
for its distribution partners, while ensuring a quality experience
for each IconCMO customer.

Distributors
This traditional partnership is tailored for distributors of
products that cater to religious organizations. Such distribution
partnerships may be broadly focused, or may be more narrowly
positioned to serve a specific denominational segment or region
of the world.
Catalog Marketers
This partnership involves the direct marketing capability of
catalog publishers. Given the removal of technical complexity,
the IconCMO subscription can be easily marketed and fulfilled
via catalog.
Web Hosting Providers
Several hosting companies specifically
provide church website hosting services to the religious market
segment. Given their existing emphasis on Internet-based services,
IconCMO application hosting may be a logical extension to the
website hosting services already marketed and supplied to churches.
The IconCMO subscription would be another extension to the web
hosting company's business model.
Branded Product Licensing
Extensive engineering was applied
to create the powerful IconCMO product and its optimization
for the Internet. It is the intention of Icon Systems, Inc.
to consider OEM and private labeling arrangements with other
prominent software publishers that may wish to utilize the IconCMO
architecture to build their own hosted application platform.
Denominational HQ Licensing
Icon Systems will consider corporate
partnerships with the headquarter organizations of major religious
denominations. These partnerships will involve special licensing,
distribution, and pricing terms for member churches, and will
also likely involve customized systems for data aggregation
and reporting at the headquarter location. |
