The Archive section is something most other systems don't offer yet retaining information about past members is a must for most churches.

Whenever a member is removed from the main database a question appears asking if the member should be archived. If a member returns to membership status, an unarchive feature is available returning the member to the main database. The system remembers all their special events such as baptisms, confirmation, first communion, etc..
