The Enter Contributions window truly separates IconCMO from the competition. No other web based product on the market today offers this kind of flexibility and information when entering the contributions.

1) Quickly browse through the names on the right to select the person giving the money. Quickly jump to a particular letter in the alphabet by selecting the letter to the right.

2) If the church uses envelope numbers, the number can be inserted in the "Envelope No." box on the left. When you tab to the next field the name is selected automatically and placed above the Giving Date.

3) The Receiving Fund can be changed by pressing the first letter of the fund or clicking the down arrow and clicking on the fund.

4) The "Show Transactions" button hides the list of names above and instead displays a list of transactions that have already been entered and saved.

5) The "Print Edit List" gives a nicely formated PDF report that can be printed and compared to verify the entries are correct.

6) The "Show Fund Summary" quickly displays the total donations received for each fund.
