From the Household Form press the button "More Information". This window allows you to add as many phone numbers and email addresses as you want to the household. I also allows you to view which "Household Groups" the household is assigned as well as define a couple of fields that are custom to your church.

Most phone numbers and email addresses belong to specific members in the household and not the household itself. This primary household form will contain the main household phone number and email address.
