Envelopes may be assigned to individuals or households enabling
efficient collections, transaction entry, fund distribution,
and reporting. The multiple envelope numbers feature provides
the utmost in flexibility and efficiency while managing giving
across a large and diverse congregation. Historical records
are maintained for envelope assignments and giving records.
There is no limit to the number of years of history that can
be retained. And, staff members can work with different years
of financial information concurrently.
Rapid batch recording
of contributions and streamlined fund distribution.
Batches of funds are quickly entered with the high-performing
transaction processing design of IconCMO. And the system provides
recurring batches for churches utilizing Electronic Fund Transfers
(EFT). Contribution entry occurs quickly and smoothly without
ever seeing screen refreshes.
Batch edit.
You can review a current batch entry at any time by clicking
a single button. Transactions can be reviewed in envelope sequence,
last name sequence, or amount sequence. An edit report can be
printed on demand in envelope, last name, amount, or fund sequence.
Batch Posting.
One or more batches can be posted at the same time with the
option of sending summary information by fund to our fund accounting
system. This provides a seamless interface with IconCMO's
Fund Accounting system assuring you that both systems will
remain in sync.
QuickBooks Link.
With QuickBooks being the most popular accounting product used
by churches, having a simple way to pass the information from
IconCMO to QuickBooks is another plus. The information can be
downloaded onto the financial secretary's computer whenever
they are ready for it.
Batch reversal.
Occasionally, batches are posted with incorrect information.
Most often the giving date is incorrect. IconCMO provides a
quick solution, allowing you to reverse out the batch, correcting
the batch and then repost the batch, or simply removing the
posted batch from the system. Records of these types of actions
are retained and a report can be printed which will show who
reversed out the batch and the date. The IconCMO Fund Accounting
system is adjusted automatically to reflect any reversals.
Multiple fund support. By supporting
multiple funds and campaigns, your church can easily manage
contributions to a multitude of ministries and projects, such
