a comprehensive list of standard reports that were created from
the experience of thousands of churches. These reports are generated
with the ease of "point and click" and can be viewed prior to
printing.
Contribution reports and statements.
Contribution statements conform to IRS and bulk mailing guidelines
for any time period you choose, saving you time. This feature
will also be welcomed by your members as they document their
charitable contributions at tax time. For additional savings
you can ask members to receive statements via email. Participating
households will then be sent an email statement.
Pledging reports and
statements. Several management reports
are available to monitor the giving trends in your church.
Church directory printing.
IconCMO provides three different
directory styles. Staff and members will be more informed about
members and households with this useful informational resource.
No longer will a church directory and its important information
have to be tied to publishing a formal directory.
Exporting of information. Information
within the IconCMO database can be exported and downloaded to
a church computer for further analysis. The exported data can
be read by popular word processing, spreadsheet, and data base
programs enhancing the IconCMO value and your efficiency.
