A complete separate module is available to authorize a household
to view their information. The Parishioner
Web Access feature enables a household to obtain unique user
name and password for the purpose of verifying the accuracy
of their personal information, to view their giving patterns
and to print their own contribution statements. When changes
occur within a family a simple email can be sent to the church
office alerting them of the new information.
The parishioner
module provides one more way to maintain an accurate database.
Ultimately all of your parishioners can be given limited viewing
access to your system, therein supporting high information
currency and profound communications. This will lead to greater
reliability of information as congregational members monitor
their own profiles.
Church staff can simply send reminders to the congregation,
asking them to login and review their personal profiles. This
will ensure that giving information, mailing addresses and
contact information is correct and that special events information
such as birthdays, communions, confirmation, graduations,
baptisms, etc. are complete. Any corrections can be emailed
directly to the church administrator for updating.
Member can print their
own contribution statements. In
addition to allowing access to their own contribution history.
Members can also print their own contribution statements at
anytime, saving the church time in preparing the mailing and
the cost of postage. This feature alone could offset the cost
of IconCMO each year.
