denomination have to participate? |

No, however, the more that participate the better
will be the reporting.

| We have some really small churches
that can't afford this package. Can they participate?

Certainly. Every church is important. It is the tier unit
who defines the churches that belong to its tier not Icon Systems. Icon Systems does not send invoices to
participating churches. It sends an invoice to the denomination based on the usage.

| How are we billed for using IconCMO+?
|
|
Each month Icon Systems analyzes the number of churches and households
that belong to each level 1 tier and invoices them accordingly. While it is the responsibility of the level 1
tier to pay the invoice they can, at their option, invoice each church for their fair share.

| Can a houshold call in for support?
|
|
Yes, however there will be a charge of $40 for the call. We
recommend that they first call the church office and then us if they can't get their question answered.

| Will you help us with accounting questions?
|
|
We can help you with the use of the system and how the system works. However,
you must work with your accounting advisor on questions of accounting policy. The accounting system is designed to
operate as a true fund accounting system and is compliant with the reporting guidelines spelled out in FASB 95 and 117.

| Can IconCMO+ work equally well with small and large
denominations?
|

Yes, IconCMO is very efficient even when a database contains millions of records.
