A multi-user license allows you to
extend the capabilities of the Revelations church management software to multiple
desktops across your church. With Revelations church management software configured on

With multi-church management, you
are able to manage multiple churches (up to 5) automatically.
This is an ideal solution for churches with a mission or where
a minister services more than one church.
When you register your Revelations church management software package, you simply specify
if you wish to include the multi-church option. A drop-down
list on your Welcome screen can then be expanded to include
up to 5 different churches.
Our multi-church module is unique when you consider the tight
integration that this module provides. While other church management software packages
require you to make duplicate copies of the software to manage
multiple churches, Revelations church management software allows you to point, click, and
automatically switch between churches - no duplicate software
wasting disk space. In addition, Revelations church management software allows you to reuse
all your custom reports (generated with the Report Writer) across
every church in the system.
The Revelations Report Writer allows
you to extend the reporting and analysis capabilities provided
in the base Revelations church management software product with custom reports of your
own. The Report Writer is directly integrated with Revelations.
The system allows you to start with the standard reports, or
use them as templates to create customized reports. Of course,
you can always start from scratch and create your own reports.
A manual is included to provide detail on the Revelations database
and the many options available with the Report Writer. Features
such as 'drag and drop' fields onto the report layout, sorting,
logic for restricting the records you want to see, file joins,
if then else logic are just a few of the many features available
to you. You can print in either text mode or graphics mode.
In graphics mode you can add pictures as well as color.
With Revelations church management software you get a full complement of reports to meet
your needs, but if you want more, you can get it with the Report
Writer.
**Pricing Options: Purchasing versus
Annual Subscription
Purchasing (Conventional Method):
When you buy Revelations
church management software, it can be done over the phone, via mail or via fax order. Upon
receipt of the order, Icon Systems will send manuals, CD-ROM
and an invoice statement via First Class Priority mail.
Throughout the year Icon Systems keeps in touch with you by
sending out product announcements, year end processing hints,
surveys of needs, etc. New product releases are sent automatically
to those customers who have subscribed to our annual support
plan. For those of you who don't feel you need the support,
software upgrades are available for $99. New manuals or manual
addendums accompany each new upgrade.
Annual Subscription Option:
The Annual
Subscription Option is a new method
of purchasing Revelations
church management software and support on an annual
payment basis. Because the Internet allows us to save costs
on mailing product updates, letters, and will also reduce support
costs, we can pass these savings on to you. Payment is due on
an annual basis. Unless renewed, Revelations
stops functioning 30 days after the subscription expires. This
annual subscription option requires you to provide us with an
email address for communication purposes. Communication such
as letters, surveys and announcements will also occur via the
Internet.
Initially, you will be sent a CD containing the complete Revelations
church management software
product. After installation, product updates will be available
on the support
page of Icon Systems' website for you to download at your convenience.
Revelations church management software contains a complete Windows based On-Line help which
is a duplicate of our hard cover manual - only better since
it has many hot links which allow you to quickly move from section
to section with the click of a mouse button. You also have the
option to print out the entire manual or only a specific section. |
