Add/Modify
Household Email Addresses?
Step 1: Go to People -> Households -> Hse-List.
Step 2: Click on the Last Name of the Household you wish
to add an Email address.
Step 3: The household form contains a Household Email address
you can use for the primary email address of the Household.
If you wish to add additional emails to the household click
"More Information".
Note: Most households will only have one primary email address
and the rest of the email addresses are specific to individuals
inside the household. These specific emails belong to members
and should not be added as additional emails to the household.
The reason for this section is for household with multiple
email addresses that the household might share with everyone
in the family.
* You can customize the "Email Name" box
by going to Organization -> Preferences -> Church Membership
-> Modify Phone-Email Types.
