Are there any hardware requirements for my computer?
No. The organization only has to provide an Internet-connected computer (PC, MAC, Linux, etc) with a browser (ie: Edge, Firefox, Safari, Chrome).
How are software and hardware updates handled?
Icon Systems handles all updates, including hardware and software for the IconCMO application. The user only needs an Internet-connected computer.
Can access be granted to various users based on what they should be allowed to view and/or change?
Yes. User accounts can be created and configured to grant user-specific permissions for each user. Permission levels include Read, Read/Write, and No Access levels to screens.
What is included in the subscription price of the software?
The better question is, what isn’t included? Our payroll module and SMS text messaging are added costs plus there are a few premium features in some of our modules which would add to your subscription cost.
