No one has access to the church’s contributor’s credit card or bank account numbers, nor is this information ever transmitted to or saved on IconCMO servers. All this data is handled by the payment processors.
Yes. All giving information is retained, thus allowing churches to pull historical donation statements at any time for their church members. IconCMO provides donation statements for US and Canadian churches.
Yes. IconCMO can handle pledges for multiple funds, any date range, multi-year and various giving frequencies. The donation statements can be printed with or without pledge information.
Yes. We have two main payment processors that we integrate with. The payment processors can handle recurring gifts and import that data into IconCMO. Additionally, churches can use a file import method to bring data into the contribution module from other payment processors they use.
Yes. IconCMO can email donation statements and attach a PDF file to the email for the donor to open and print at their convenience, or forward to their CPA. The system can also print statements and labels for mailing statements via postal delivery.
Yes. Custom reports are found in two areas. One is on the list screens where the user can set up the columns they want to see, filter the records, and sort on whatever column they want. Another option is in the custom report interface which allows access to the complete database tables, filtering on the records, selecting the fields you want, and ranges of data. In both areas these reports come in the following formats — PDF, Excel, or HTML format.
