In these extreme and uncertain times of COVID-19, we’re dedicated to doing everything possible to support our clients — the churches and religious organizations that depend on us for their church management needs. In view of that mission, we wanted to let you know of possible financial support available to churches through recent acts of Congress?
Many churches and nonprofits are seeing their revenues dwindle in the shadow of COVID-19 and are wondering how to keep paying their bills and employees. But help is available. Churches are included as potential beneficiaries of the CARES Act (aka 2020 Coronavirus Relief Law). This act provides financial support for businesses and other organizations to pay essential expenses and keep and pay their employees.
Josh Laxton wrote an informative article for Christianity Today on how the CARES Act is relevant for your church and staff. There’s also an article from William Vanderbloemen that lays out how churches can take advantage of the CARES Act.
Thank you for your patience with us as we’ve closed down the office and transitioned to working remotely. We appreciate your support and are here to support you in any way we can.
We’ll get through this together.
Your links aren’t working
Constance,
There should have only been one link that doesn’t work because that PDF was apparently taken down just last night or this morning. But all links should work now.
When I click on the 3rd link below, it gives Error 404.
Sorry, Karen. That PDF must have been taken down today or last night. We updated the link.
Thank you for your efficient reply. Your quick response does matter. (Wish it was an April Fool’s joke!). Stay safe!
